The Event Was Cancelled - What Do I Do

Hopefully this will never happen, but if it does, don't worry we have your back.  Loop 1 Tickets holds all event funds in escrow until after the event has closed.  We do this to ensure your money is safe just in case the event is cancelled.  But this does not mean that all tickets will be refunded.  In some cases the event will be rescheduled and we will work with the promoter/organizer to get the information needed in order to see how tickets will be handled. 

If an event has been cancelled, please allow 5-7 business days before sending in ticket requests.  This will allow us enough time to figure out what happened and to work with the promoters/organizers to see what will be done regarding all ticket purchases.

In the case that the event is cancelled and all tickets are refunded.  You will be refunded only the base ticket price and not any service fees collected.
